Santa got shaved last night. I walked in the door from shopping and saw this and started laughing so hard. Jared said he was putting Becca's pajamas on and he came out and saw the twins quietly standing together pulling out Santa's beard. I tried hanging him up again this morning to see what the twins would do and sure enough they started pulling at his beard again. I think I'll fix his beard and then we'll save him for next year.
