We went with Matt and Sarah's family to the Trout Farm in North Ogden last Friday. Becca caught two fish and then Ethan and I each got one. We had them filleted (Jared got the girls there to teach him how to do it) Sunday night we fried them up and ate them with fresh lemon juice. It was so yummy!
